How to shop with TBT?

We will email invoice to you.
Make the booking payment as described in the invoice to us within 48 Hours.
The remaining payment (CASH/INSTALMENT) will be advised in the Invoice.
Pre-Order Items might take up to 2-3 weeks depending on stock availability.We recommend you to give us an alternative model/colour should the desired model is out of stock.
For Ready stock items, we will communicate with you soonest for date of collection (COD) or advise you on shipping charges if applicable.

Policy & Terms

1) All items purchased are guaranteed 100% authentic, original and brand new.

2) Please be advised that not all European brands are presumably manufactured in Italy or France by default. They are all legally licensed under the brands and therefore still maintains the high quality checks, services offered and 100% authentic.

3) Items will only be released to the customers upon receipt of full payment (or in exceptional cases as may be suggested in email confirmation)

4) Strictly no refund, return or exchange policy on any items sold & received.

5) Deposits are non-refundable once order is confirmed. Alternatively, customers may use their deposit to choose a different merchandise that's available
